I had quite a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the room we got was lovely, spacious, and definitely the best we had during our stay in Vietnam. However, the location left much to be desired, being hard to locate and not very clean overall. While I appreciated the pillows and Wi-Fi connection, my overall experience was marred by the lack of proper dining options and poor service.
